The first-ever wardrobe malfunction, born in Houston at the 2004 Super Bowl, turned 10 this year. And here's where it all began, with JT ripping a breast cover thingie off Janet Jackson at a Super Bowl performance and exposing a pasty-covered breast.

The highly-anticipated "Americal Idol" revival premiered on Sunday, March, 11 and has already brought the usual shenanigans we know and love.

Episode two of the season aired on Monday night and was packed to the brim with exciting performances and inspirational stories, but one hilariously awkward moment stole the show.

WHOOPS: Bella Hadid suffers a naked dress wardrobe malfunction...again!

Michelle Sussett, a contestant from Miami, came in full of energy and belted out a segment from Texas icon Selena's "Techno Cumbia." After she finished singing, Sussett turned on the track for the song and invited Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan, and Katy Perry to dance, which involved a lot of awkward movements from all three of the judges.

In the midst of "dropping it low" Perry lost her footing and landed on the floor, giving everyone in the room (and the cameras) a clear view up her dress that had to be tactfully covered by the "American Idol" logo.

With some help from Bryan and Richie, Perry was able to stand back up but not before several seconds of awkward flailing.

At least she was able to laugh it off.
