Career Counselor in College of Business

CSU has positive culture and great benefits. Pay in all of higher education is lower than private industry and CSU is no different but the jobs are secure and employees are treated well and there's a strong sense of mission.

Graduate Teaching Assistant in Fort Collins, CO

An unavoidable stressor for graduate students. Being a GTA itself is not too difficult, but the the pay is abysmal and you're working all the time as a graduate student. I found myself struggling paycheck to paycheck living in the fairly expensive area of Fort Collins.

Dinning Room Server in Rams Horn

Overall not a bad place to work. Pay is a bit low but that is all good considering it is part-time work for students. Can not speak on behalf of full-time workers at CSU

Best for a CSU grad or someone who spends entire career there. Disconnect between Colleges and University administration. Incredibly difficult to meld the group of Colleges to do what's in the best interest of the University.

Part time online instructor in Remote

I enjoy teaching remotely part time. I like working with the students and I receive good support from the university. The university has good people and I can get help when I need it. I also like the freedom to being able to set my own hours.
